All Star Memories
Luke: Corona American Little League, 11 Year Old All Star Team
Luke & Noah made Corona American Little League All Stars for 2007-2008. When each boy discovered they were selected, the accomplishment moment was bright joy. The season tends to go through an unending myriad of stages: start the season with freezing temps, end with desert heat. . .practices, games, new friends, wins & loses, surprises, (sniff*is that the light I see at the end of the tunnel?), more games. Just when you are ready to hang up the cap & bat, there is All Stars. And underneath it all, the journey was very good. I love dearly my fellow baseball parents. I see them every year, and when this part of the boy's life fades, I hope the memories remain.

May Goodness
What are you doing in May?

On Memorial Day Noah turned 10!!!!! And one of his gifts is that his Yankee Little League team took 3rd place in a tournament.
At a Angels vs. White Sox game. . .Big Daddy Vladdy!
Garret Anderson!
Noah's favorite snack at Angel's Stadium. . .
OH TO BE YOUNG & FREE!
(out of order) Luke during what's to be the last of these class songs, leaving the 6th grade to go into Middle School years now. Sniff.
Janet & I took the crew to the Angel's game on retro hat day, the Angel's hat duplicated from 1971--very cool.
Noah will always be my baby boy.
Ah, Jeff Mathis, the Angel's catcher--looking good!
Yes, some kind of crazy baseball & birthday schedule, now winding to a close. I'm looking forward to being off track with the kids, doing maybe some scrapping and getting into physical shape by way of walking & swimming. The weather is warming up! Yeah!

create stuff. . .
at these photos of Sarah that she is now 26 years young. Sarah, my first child brought me
so much joy in motherhood. I had hopes she was not to be my only child, as it was my pleasure
{mostly} in raising children. I was to have three boys later in life!

Distracted with these things. . .
Secondly, down with a spring cold & laryngitis. Best time to sort my crazy collection of shells, and why not just make a few frames while I recuperate?
My favorite kit club Cocoa Daisy has a DT call & being that I started this blog to use as a springboard. . .it's time to tap into the Right side of the brain. I'll purpose to use this time to not only meet the May 25th deadline, but just hyperspace forward to get lots of scrapping done. {No photos as yet!}
